Creative Windows began as a small retail store on Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Within two years, we were manufacturing vertical blinds, a popular 1980’s product. In 1985 we moved to our current location and began fabricating roller shades. Since then, our team has installed many 1000’s of shades in schools, universities, offices, hotels, homes and public buildings.

We recycle several thousand pounds of aluminum every year, nothing is thrown out. Because we directly install so much of the product, we produce we use far less packaging than our competitors. Any paper, cardboard, or plastic based packaging is recycled through the city of Ann Arbor’s exceptional, top-rated recycling service.
